For Portland properties, the Bureau of Development Services is the relevant city permitting resource. Beaverton, Tigard, Oregon City, and Milwaukie publish their own permit information. An address in unincorporated Happy Valley is handled through Clackamas County rather than a city counter. Confirm the authority before submitting plans or scheduling work.
